Here are some strategies to become an individual who perseveres, no matter what.

Strengthen Your Mental Resilience

Mental resilience is the capacity to control your internal thoughts and regulate your emotions. Being mentally robust allows you to navigate through challenges, failures, doubts, anxieties, discouragements, and related negative feelings. Your level of mental strength significantly influences your life satisfaction, performance enhancement, and resilience boost.

Instead, acknowledge the minor things you possess, such as the satisfaction of a cool shower on a sweltering day. When you appreciate your blessings, particularly the minor ones, you'll realize how much you have to be grateful for.
