Show Your Love and Appreciation

Ensure they know they are loved and valued by you and others. Genuine compliments and positive feedback can uplift their mood. However, sincerity is key. Avoid making false statements.

Emphasize Inner Beauty and Health

To help them redefine their understanding of beauty and health, remind them that these values stem from within. Encourage them to disregard unrealistic beauty standards portrayed in the media. It's important they understand many images in magazines are digitally altered, and real beauty exists in every look.

Promote Openness

Let them know they can share their feelings with you without judgment. Create a safe environment where they can express their thoughts and emotions. Be patient, listen more, and speak less. This will help you understand their perspective and build trust.

Remember, changing a person's perception about their body takes time. It's a gradual process. Your consistent support can make a significant difference. Every small effort counts.
